The following are legal notices for our policies.  Copies will be attached to our service contracts and forms as applicable.

Training courses to be paid prior to training commencing unless agreed upon in writing.

Service cancellation policy:

Cancellation of services booked within 4 hours will result in full charge.  Services cancelled 4-24 hours prior to service are subject to a 50% charge.  Services cancelled 24-48 hours prior to service are subject to a 25% cancellation charge.  Cancellation fees may be waived if extenuating circumstances* exist.  Proof of circumstances may be requested at the discretion of Red Line Safety Services.

Payment policy:

Payments can be made via cheque, money order or Interac e-Transfer to redlinesafetyservices@gmail.com.  Payments due in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice unless previously agreed upon in writing.  Payments remitted after 30 days are subject to 10% penalties per month if unpaid.

 

Training Code Of Conduct

Please read this code of conduct prior to signing.  If you have any questions, please ask your instructor.

• I certify that there are no restrictions for me to be able to physically and mentally able to perform the tasks associated with the job.

• Any medical conditions that may inhibit my ability to perform a task associated with the job i am being trained for must be disclosed to red line safety services and to my employer.  Are there any conditions to report?  No ☐  /  Yes ☐ please explain below:

• I am fluent in english enough to be able to understand the material provided to me.  If not, a translator has been brought in at no cost to red line safety services.  Translator: Y ☐ / N ☐

• Violence, bullying and harassment will not be tolerated.

• I am aware that any infractions may result in immediate dismissal from the course and a refund will not be provided.

I have read the above information and certify i will adhere to the rules and regulations set out here and defined in class.  the medical information is correct to my knowledge.

Collection Of Personal Information Policy

The information you provide here is protected by the freedom of information act.  The information is used for record keeping and potential enforcement action as required in the administration of the WorkSafeBC regulations.  Red Line Safety Services will not divulge your information unless legally required to do so in pursuit of a lawful order.  Your information will not be entered into any mailing lists unless previously agreed.
